{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"cbd741dff29363f0a0f87c2f","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/cbd741dff29363f0a0f87c2f","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/cbd741dff29363f0a0f87c2f","title":"Software Engineer - Agentic AI (Python/Azure/GCP)","description":"Location:\n\n4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio\n\nThe Software Engineer, Agentic AI & Cloud Solutions designs, develops, and supports intelligent applications, AI agents, APIs, and cloud-native services using Python, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Copilot technologies.\n\nThis role partners directly with business stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, define requirements, develop solutions, and support the delivery of conversational AI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) capabilities that improve business processes and user experiences.\n\nEssential Responsibilities\n\nDesign, develop, test, and support AI-powered applications and cloud-native services using Python.\nBuild and enhance conversational AI and agent-based solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and enterprise AI platforms.\nDevelop and integrate REST APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.\nCollaborate with business partners to understand use cases, gather requirements, and translate needs into technical solutions.\nDevelop and support solutions across Azure and GCP environments.\nUtilize Azure services including Azure Functions, Azure AI Search, and AI/LLM services.\nUtilize GCP services including Cloud Run and related cloud-native capabilities.\nImplement infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.\nMonitor application performance, reliability, and availability while troubleshooting production issues.\nApply secure coding, cloud security, and governance best practices.\nParticipate in solution testing, documentation, continuous improvement initiatives, and technology evaluations.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.\n3+ years of software engineering or application development experience.\nStrong Python development experience.\nExperience building and consuming REST APIs.\nExperience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar Python frameworks.\nExperience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform.\nExperience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to interact directly with business stakeholders.\nExperience supporting applications in production environments.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience developing AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, conversational AI, or RAG solutions.\nExperience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.\nExperience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, or enterprise LLM platforms.\nExperience with React, Node.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript.\nExperience integrating AI solutions with enterprise APIs, content repositories, and databases.\nExperience working in regulated industries such as banking or financial services.\n\nThis position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and cannot require sponsorship now or in the future, including individuals on temporary work authorization such as CPT or OPT.\n\nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS\n\nThis position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $71,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
