2nd Shift Warehouse Clerk

Job Description D&G Transportation (Germantown, WI) is celebrating our 40th anniversary as a family-owned, national LTL carrier. We are seeking a full-time 2nd shift receiving clerk (3-11 p.m. core hours) at our climate control storage facility. This is a non-exempt position with a $21+ hourly wage negotiable according to experience. Training will primarily occur on 1st shift.Duties and Responsibilities:Check drivers in and verify documentation while maintaining accurate logsComprehend bills of lading, paperwork and inspection sheetsAccurately enter and/or verify data in warehouse management systemProcess fees from carriers that don't comply with requirementsConduct regular inventory checks in ambient, cooler and freezer temperaturesPerform monthly filing of inbound and outbound paperworkPrior experience is preferred but not required. Our ideal candidate will be honest, dependable and have strong communication and organizational/multi -tasking skills. They will work well independently and with other departments, and have functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
