Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Production: -Lead and manage multiple reconstruction projects from initial response to job completion. -Ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to SERVPRO standards of quality and craftsmanship. -Conduct project meetings with clients and insurance reps to establish clear expectations, timelines, and scope of work. -Oversee daily job scheduling, work assignments, and production adjustments to maximize subcontractors efficiency. -Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless workflow and communication across all job phases. -Manage material ordering, equipment logistics, permitting, and job sequencing to maintain smooth operations and meet deadlines. -Track job costs, labor efficiency, and resource allocation to maintain profitability and achieve targeted margins. -Lead progress meetings and ensure accurate documentation through job file notes, photos, reports, and updates in DASH. -Manage change orders, supplements, and progress payments to ensure compliance with insurance and client agreements. -Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, commercial clients, insurance adjusters, and property managers throughout the entire reconstruction process. -Conduct regular/daily site visits to monitor work quality, progress, and client satisfaction. -Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, adjusters, and other referral partners to promote trust and repeat business. -Address and resolve client concerns or job issues quickly and professionally to maintain SERVPRO's reputation for excellent customer service. -Oversee project closeout, completion of documentation, and customer satisfaction surveys, ensuring all work meets SERVPRO standards. -Uphold SERVPRO's core values of integrity, teamwork, and excellence in customer service. -Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while representing the SERVPRO brand. -Enforce and promote safety protocols, compliance standards, and company policies across all job sites. -Actively pursue professional development through SERVPRO training programs, IICRC certifications, OSHA compliance, and leadership development. -Foster a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Position Requirements· BA in engineering, construction science or similar relevant field preferred· Minimum of 5 years of restoration or construction project management experience, leadership capacity a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple large loss reconstruction projects concurrently Superb customer service track record· Effective written and oral communication and organizational skills Advanced math skills· Proficient use of Xactimate™ estimating software· DASH experience preferred Critical thinking and problem-solving skills· Familiarity with restoration and construction workflows, permitting, and building code compliance Team Player · IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc) preferred Must have a valid driver's license, with a good driving record. And able to pass a background check and drug test. This position is both office and field. Occasional travel may be necessary to oversee multiple projects and be present for client meetings.
