The Senior Project Manager will support the Infrastructure book of work, including enterprise level initiatives and priorities. This senior PM role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing the delivery plans for Infrastructure initiatives and workstreams.\n\nLocation: Irving, TX, Charlotte, NC, Minneapolis, MN or Jersey City, NJ\nLength: 1 year +\nHybrid - 3 days/week onsite\n\nThis is a highly experienced program management/execution professional with a deep understanding of enterprise technologies and its application in financial services vertical, with the ability to effectively communicate technical delivery to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nRequired/Desired Experience:\n\nStrong experience in business transformation, simplification, and modernization with a get stuff done attitude and drive cultural change.\nExperience managing in a complex, matrixed environment and comfortable leading and executing through influence.\nA can-do attitude and an agent to drive velocity and change.\nAgile & iterative delivery and tools expertise for complex, enterprise-wide initiatives (i.e., Jira and Confluence).\nDeep expertise in strategic problem-solving and project management.\nTranslating technical delivery into actionable communication for senior stakeholders.\nInfrastructure experience with Data Center build out, Neighborhoods, cloud migration, app modernization/transformation and executive communications.\n\nSubject matter knowledgeable in two or more technical areas – Change Integration/Change Delivery, Dev Ops, Infrastructure-As-Code, x86/ARM/GPU, Container/K8, Virtual Machines, Networking, DMZ, Databases, Storage, Messaging Middleware, API Gateways, Batch/ETL, Data LakeHouse, AI/ML, Mainframe, Public Cloud\nExperience strategically engaging with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to leadership.\nHighly effective and proven consultative leader with strong business and data-driven acumen, to drive continuous improvement in a data-driven way.\n\nFunctional Skills:\n\nConnect the dots across workstreams and always be on the lookout for opportunities to improve process, remove friction and transform the business\nPlanning and change management across project scope, timeline, and resources (specific to work stream and factory)\nDrive execution/workplan management of work stream/factory objectives.\nMaintain work stream milestones and dependencies.\nManage and control the work stream critical path.\nDevelop communication plan aligned with the program communications team.\nHost regular meetings with partners to understand milestones, tasks, risks, and issues.\nDocument and drive action items or issues/risk mitigation as they arise.\nExecute impact analysis for key milestones/outcomes At-Risk or Off-Track and Develop and monitor Go to Green plans.\nAlign with PMO and manage all compliance requirements for the work stream.\n\nIf this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
