Special Education Teaching Assistant/Registered Behavior Technician

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional who works with children who have autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities and implements Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans. They work under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help students improve communication, academic, social, and daily life skills.
