Commercial Service Plumber

Plumber ResponsibilitiesRead blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systemsTroubleshoot issues upon arrival on-site and communicate with necessary parties when applicableCut, assemble and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructureInstall and maintain water supply systemsLocate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc.Repair domestic appliances (e.g. washing machines) and fixtures (e.g. sinks), etc.Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems (air-conditioning units, radiators, etc.)Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systemsPartner and work side-by-side with other team members depending on scope of work including other plumbers as well as employees in different divisionsProvide high-quality and professional customer serviceMaintain company vehicle, equipment and toolsPlumber QualificationsJourneyman License required, however Master Plumbing license preferredMinimum 2 years’ experience ideally in a commercial/ industrial settingComfortable working with various technology and software (i.e. tablets & smart devices)Ability to work independently and to work in a wide variety of work environments.Self-starter with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.Excellent communication skills and the proficiency to collaborate with a diverse team and customer basis.Ability to undergo and pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen and MVR/Background check.Plumber BenefitsComprehensive benefit packages – Medical, Dental, Vision and LifeGenerous PTO7 Paid Holidays401(k) with up to a 6% company matchWeekly PaychecksPotential Bonus OpportunityPaid formal training, with no out of pocket expenses, such as backflow testing and career advancementWe are a 24/7 Emergency Service operation which will require this position to occasionally work after-hours and weekend shifts as well as being able to assist with emergency response calls as needed, this requirement is a part of an on-call rotation amongst the team.About Us:PowerVac of Michigan and ServicePro are the most trusted names in Industrial/Utility Service and Maintenance.
