As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a highly motivated Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator to support both preconstruction and project execution efforts.This role is ideal for someone who understands both the operational and estimating side of commercial plumbing projects and enjoys being involved from bid through closeout.Position OverviewThe Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator will be responsible for estimating plumbing projects, managing awarded work, and supporting successful execution from preconstruction through completion. This individual will work closely with field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.The ideal candidate will bring strong technical plumbing knowledge, estimating experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key ResponsibilitiesEstimate commercial plumbing projects including labor, material, and equipment costsReview drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate project estimatesManage plumbing projects from kickoff through closeoutCoordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients throughout project executionTrack project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersAssist with procurement and material coordinationSupport preconstruction planning and project turnover meetingsMaintain strong client relationships and support repeat business opportunitiesMonitor project performance and support financial forecastingRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing project management and/or estimatingStrong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and construction practicesExperience estimating plumbing projects within commercial or industrial environmentsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred SkillsDesign-build project experienceFamiliarity with Bluebeam, Procore, AutoBid, or similar construction softwareExperience working on healthcare, commercial, or industrial projectsField plumbing background a plusStrong knowledge of California plumbing codes and construction practicesPhysical & Work Environment ExpectationsCombination of office and project site environmentsOccasional travel to local job sites throughout the Bay AreaAbility to manage fast-paced project schedules and multiple prioritiesStrong collaboration with office, field, and client teams Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Tiello LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity EmployerAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Your Right to Work - In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
