We operate in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment where adaptability and innovation are crucial for success.Position OverviewReporting to the Director of Franchise Business Management, the Franchise Business Manager (FBM) works in close partnership with franchise owners and their General Managers to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and brand consistency across assigned studios. This role blends strategic coaching with hands-on operational support through consultative sessions, KPI and financial reviews, business planning, and field engagement. Franchisee experience and satisfaction are central to the role, balanced with clear accountability to the JETSET brand and operational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesFranchisee Partnership & Performance CoachingOwn the day-to-day business relationship for an assigned portfolio of franchiseesServe as the primary advisor to franchise owners and General Managers across operational, financial, and people-related topicsLead recurring consultative sessions and performance check-ins focused on execution, accountability, and growthSupport franchisees through pre-opening, stabilization, and optimization phases of the businessOperational & Financial PerformanceFully own KPI analysis for assigned studios, including utilization, sales, retention, staffing costs, and profitabilityReview franchisee P&Ls and partner with owners on action plans to address cost control opportunities and performance gapsCoach franchisees on product mix, conversion, class schedule optimization, staffing, and utilization strategiesIdentify early warning signs of underperformance and proactively intervene with structured support plansBrand Standards & ComplianceEnsure franchisee adherence to JETSET brand standards, operating procedures, and required systemsConduct operational reviews, audits, and business evaluations as neededPartner with internal teams to address escalations related to quality, staffing, or brand complianceProtect the integrity of the JETSET experience while supporting franchisee successCross-Functional Collaboration & Field InsightsAct as the franchisee advocate internally, partnering closely with Marketing, Product & Talent, and FinanceSupport the rollout of new initiatives, programs, and tools across the franchise networkSurface field insights, trends, and best practices to HQ leadership and New Studio Openings teams to inform continuous improvementHelp scale proven strategies from top-performing studios across the systemWhat You Need to Be SuccessfulYou are comfortable coaching franchise owners and senior operators while balancing support with accountability.You think like an operator and can translate data into clear, actionable guidance.You thrive in fast-moving environments and can manage multiple markets and priorities simultaneously.You communicate clearly and confidently, even in challenging or high-stakes conversations.You care deeply about brand consistency, client experience, and long-term studio health.Key AttributesFranchise Partner Mindset - Builds trust-based relationships while holding franchisees accountable to brand and performance standardsData-Driven Operator -Uses KPIs, financials, and trends to guide decision-making and coachingRelationship Builder - Skilled at influencing without authority and navigating complex stakeholder dynamicsProblem Solver - Able to assess operational challenges and translate them into clear action plansProactive Communicator - Keeps stakeholders aligned, informed, and focused on prioritiesStructured & Organized - Manages multiple studios, timelines, and initiatives with consistency and clarityStartup-Oriented - Comfortable creating structure, refining processes, and evolving alongside a growing brandConsumer Understanding - Has an understanding of the luxury brand experience and a high level of service standardsFollows Up and Follows Through - Able to deliver a high-touch level of support by staying engaged and ensuring action items are moved from discussion to executionRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)5-7+ years of experience in franchise or studio operations, multi-unit leadership, or business consulting (Boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail strongly preferred)3-5 years of experience reviewing P&Ls and developing performance improvement plansProven ability to positively impact revenue growth, utilization, conversion, and overall P&L performanceStrong knowledge of hiring, training, performance management, and team development best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skills2 years of experience working deep in systems such as Mindbody, AXLE, and BI/reporting toolsAbility to travel regularly to support franchise partners in the fieldA passion for boutique fitness, well-being, and community impactTravel & On-Site RequirementsThis is an onsite role with regular on-site presence at the HQ office in Miami, FLThe role also requires up to 50% travel to franchise locations for performance reviews, onsite support, and field engagement.$82,000 - $110,000 a yearWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation, performance-based incentives, and growth opportunities75% contribution to comprehensive individual health plan;
