This position will rotate with other apprentice builders in tear down.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nGet direction from shop foreman on priority of work.\nWork with the tear down employees identify units that need to be prepped for re-manufacturing.\nWash all core and component parts as part of the pre-build process.\nInspect cores and components to determine if buildable. Inform shop foreman if core or parts are not buildable.\nEvaluate core to determine appropriate critical components or any components that do not match quality standard.\nRemove internal bearings and gears and identify worn parts and dispose.\nAdd all components that were selected to be replaced to WIP document.\nEnsure all inventoried components are listed on WIP document.\nDeliver completed WIP doc to parts pullers for processing.\nStart next project while waiting for parts to pulled and delivered.\nFollow build sheets or standard work instructions (as available) to complete all rebuild jobs.\nEnsure the finished unit is in good working order and cosmetically look like\nClean out scrap bin and empty trash at work station as needed.\nInform maintenance when machinery breakdown occurs.\nMaintain a clean and safe work space.\nOther tasks as directed.\nWill conduct these responsibilities in a professional and timely manner.\nRANDYS Worldwide is an equal opportunity employer.
