For more information, visit itac.us.com.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nEmbrace ITAC's Core Values in all aspects of the job\n\nSupport the success of the operations with effective EHS related services\n\nHelp create, improve, and comply with job specific SOPs and EHS policies.\n\nBe a team player and integrate into the operations group as an equal and valuable member mentor and leader\n\nDetermine an effective work schedule and conduct independently all required safety and health tasks.\n\nPerform detailed incident investigations and produce high-quality incident reports\n\nProvide EHS related technical support and training concerning ITAC shop operations to managers and shop employees.\n\nEvaluate all shop practices, including emergency response procedures, for improvement in effectiveness and compliance as well identify any impending weaknesses or potential gaps\n\nEnter all daily, weekly, and special training and audits into ITAC's online system and ensure OSHA compliant recordkeeping.\n\nKnow how to perform detailed equipment, location, and tool inspections and ensure inspection completion as needed\n\nReport any trends and serious reoccurring deficiencies as noted from leading indicators to the EHS Director\n\nCommunicate with other EHS Managers and Project Managers the conditions and concerns about their project\n\nRecommend air monitoring devices and specialty devices, perform air sampling and monitoring, data logging and basic Industrial Hygiene related tasks\n\nDevelop training materials and effectively deliver training and instruction at a variety of meeting types\n\nStrong computer aptitude, including fluency with MS Office; PowerPoint, Excel, and Word\n\nQualifications\n\nOSHA 30 Hour General Industry\n\nMinimum 7 years of experience managing EHS programs in construction or general industry organizations, process, manufacturing or similar general industry organizations\n\nAt least one year of management and oversight experience for direct reports and/or management training\n\nAdvanced coursework or training in EHS subjects and college level courses and degrees\n\nValid Driver's License and ability to drive to project sites with company vehicles\n\nCertifications And Training Qualifications - Preferred / Desired\n\nOSHA 500 / 501 Certification - Outreach trainer\n\nOSHA level courses related to general industry and industrial hygiene subjects\n\nForklift and Overhead Crane certifications\n\nMachine Guarding Courses\n\nHazardous Materials handling and Storage credentials\n\nEnvironmental and Industrial Waste Management\n\nFire Prevention and Suppression related courses\n\nCSP - Certified Safety Professional\n\nOther EHS related Management Certifications\n\nBenefits\nFrom internships to seasoned professionals, our growing company provides career opportunities for all levels of experience.
