and lead the program governance structure, including operating cadence, steering committee materials, executive briefings, decision logs, and status reporting.\nOwn program dashboards, KPIs, RAID reporting, issue escalation, action tracking, and integrated program health reviews.\nMaintain audit-ready documentation for decisions, assumptions, risks, scope changes, customer communications, and deliverable acceptance.\nEnsure Mythics maintains direct visibility into schedule, scope, financials, risks, quality, and customer satisfaction.\nSubcontractor Oversight\nManage prime/subcontractor operating model with Deloitte, Oracle, and other partners.\nHold subcontractors accountable for schedule, quality, staffing, deliverables, issue resolution, and customer commitments.\nReview subcontractor status, assumptions, risks, and performance metrics on a regular cadence.\nEscalate subcontractor performance issues early and coordinate corrective actions with leadership and contracts.\nRisk, Issue, Action, and Decision Management\nOwn enterprise RAID process and ensure risks are visible, assigned, mitigated, and escalated before they impact performance.\nDevelop mitigation and recovery plans for contractual, financial, schedule, delivery, technical dependency, security, and customer relationship risks.\nIdentify where customer requirements, budget, timeline, and delivery approach create execution or financial exposure for Mythics.\nEnsure proposal assumptions and delivery commitments are managed through formal change control after award.\nFinancial and Contract Performance Management\nMonitor program financial performance, burn rate, funding, backlog, profitability, invoices, and forecast accuracy.\nSurface financial exposure related to scope creep, subcontractor delays, unmet assumptions, fixed-price commitments, or performance-based obligations.\nSupport deal reviews, funding reviews, contract modifications, and executive financial reporting.\nCoordinate with Finance and Contracts to ensure invoicing, acceptance, and funding actions are aligned.\nCustomer Relationship and Stakeholder Management\nServe as a trusted Mythics representative to USDA stakeholders and executive leadership.\nFacilitate customer communications, expectation management, executive escalations, and governance meetings.\nEnsure customer commitments are documented, approved, and tied to contract authority where required.\nSupport account growth while maintaining disciplined delivery and contract boundaries.\nProgram Controls and Quality Oversight\nMaintain oversight of the integrated master schedule, milestone tracking, critical path, deliverable gates, and acceptance criteria.\nEnsure quality control plans, program management plans, and governance artifacts are implemented and maintained.\nReview technical partner deliverables for contractual completeness and customer readiness, without assuming technical ownership.\nDrive readiness reviews for major milestones, demonstrations, testing gates, cutover, deployment, and hypercare.\n\nOther Duties\n\nPerform all other duties, as assigned.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field and/or equivalent experience.\nClearance requirement: US Citizen with the ability to pass a federal background investigation\n15+ years of experience leading large-scale Federal IT, enterprise transformation, or mission-critical modernization programs.\n10+ years managing system integrator, subcontractor, or complex partner delivery relationships on federal programs exceeding $50M.\nPrior experience serving as Prime Contractor Program Manager, Program Director, or Senior Program Executive.\nExperience managing organizations or integrated delivery teams of 70+ professionals across multiple workstreams.\nExperience managing multiple subcontractors, delivery partners, and customer stakeholders in a prime/subcontractor environment.\nExperience with enterprise ERP, HCM, payroll modernization, shared services, cloud transformation, or large-scale SaaS implementation programs.\nExperience managing fixed-price, performance-based, BPA, IDIQ, task order, or other complex federal contracting models.\nStrong understanding of program financial management, scope management, schedule management, quality management, and enterprise risk management.\nDemonstrated ability to lead executive governance forums and communicate effectively with federal customers, subcontractors, and senior
