broker performance, and throughput bottlenecks\r\nManage Schema Registry and enforce schema governance\r\nKafka Connect & Integration\r\nDeploy and manage Kafka Connect clusters\r\nConfigure and troubleshoot source/sink connectors\r\nSupport real-time integrations into Snowflake and other enterprise systems\r\nInfrastructure as Code (Terraform, Advanced)\r\nBuild and maintain Terraform modules for MSK, networking, IAM, security groups, and supporting AWS services\r\nDeep understanding of Terraform lifecycle meta-arguments, state management, modules, and remote backends\r\nAutomate environment provisioning across dev, test, and prod\r\nAWS & DevOps\r\nStrong understanding of AWS networking (VPCs, subnets, security groups, IAM)\r\nExperience supporting production workloads in AWS\r\nCI/CD pipeline integration for infrastructure and Kafka deployments\r\nMonitoring and observability (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Dynatrace, or similar)\r\nSecurity & Governance\r\nKafka ACLs, IAM integration, encryption, secrets management\r\nExperience working in regulated enterprise
