If you enjoy hands-on work, have great body control, and want to help shape the future of robotics, this is a uniquely fun opportunity to join an ambitious early-stage startup.Hours2:30 PM-10:00 PM OR 10:00 PM - 7:30 AMShift (must pick 1 shift)Wednesday - SundayThursday - MondayFriday - TuesdaySaturday - WednesdayWhat You'll DoWear and operate sensor equipment to guide robots through accurate, human-like movements.Perform repeatable motion sequences with consistency and precision.Follow clear procedures for data collection, equipment handling, and workspace organization.Monitor sessions and flag issues, bugs, or anomalies.Share daily feedback on system performance and usability.Keep the production and lab environment clean, safe, and organized.Use basic computer tools to log data and support testing workflows.Collaborate closely with engineers, providing reliable motion data and insights.Stay focused during repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.Follow all safety and operational protocols.What You BringStrong computer literacy and comfort with basic software tools.Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail.Ability to follow structured instructions and testing protocols.Basic familiarity with electronics or computer systems.Excellent physical coordination, spatial awareness, and control.Ability to stay focused and consistent during repetitive work.Openness to feedback and eagerness to improve.Adaptability in a fast-moving startup environment.Reliability, discipline, and strong work habits.Bonus SkillsExperience in production, lab, or manufacturing environments.Comfort with Microsoft Office or similar tools.Interest in AI, robotics, or tech-driven products.Experience with testing, quality checks, or validation processes.Clear communication skills for reporting issues and observations.A proactive, curious mindset and willingness to learn new tools.Why You'll Love Working HereYou'll be part of a pioneering AI robotics startup building a first-of-its-kind general-purpose humanoid robot.
