You will be responsible for coordination of design, integration, and launch of critical power conversion products. Come join us in crafting solutions the world doesn’t know of yet!\nKey Responsibilities:\nThe Engineering Program Manager will coordinate internal inter-disciplinary teams through the product execution phase process. The candidate is responsible for creating the project plan, including the schedule. The Engineering Program Manager will drive the cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet defined requirements. The Engineering Program Manager will be responsible for the coordination and planning of engineering activity and managing the deliverables for the release of products through their development lifecycles.\nCoordinate execution of projects with Engineering teams\nSupporting high-level milestone execution in a fast-paced core technology design team.\nFocusing design teams on meeting near term milestones and resolving technical issues with data-based decision-making.\nDisciplined issue reporting and communication of program risks and status.\nConduct cross functional project meetings\nConduct milestone reviews\nCoordinate project builds globally and interfacing with key stakeholders at XP Power factories in Asia\nCreate and track complex development schedules, resolving issues and tracking progress\nContribute to executive level updates and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).\nIdentify and drive process improvements.\nOther duties and projects as required by management\n\nQualifications\n\n5+ years of project engineering and/or Program Manager experience preferred\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in related discipline (e.g. EE, ME, etc.) required.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft products and presentation skills\nExperienced in leading cross-functional teams through NPI (New Production Introduction) development using a Product Lifecycle process\nAbility to drive teams and remove roadblocks to maintain project schedules and budgets\nMaintain foresight when planning through product lifecycle\nExperience delivering consumer electronic products preferred\nExperience working in a dynamic engineering environment and real-time crisis resolution skills.\nStrong desire to drive project development using well defined processes and metrics.\nExcellent communication, organizational and leadership skills\nAbility to filter and distill relevant information for each audience\nSelf-motivated and proactive with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities\nPriority on Teamwork; must be able to fit in well with a team, understand capabilities and priorities while fostering a collaborative environment\nUnderstands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty\nExperience with power conversion is a plus.\n\nAdditional Information\n\nXP Power provides a safe and healthy working environment that is stimulating and collaborative, where employees are empowered to make a real difference.
