Overview As an Associate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our retail operations. You’ll lead a dynamic team, ensuring exceptional customer service while managing day-to-day store activities. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of store presentation. What you’ll do Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies Train and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence Manage inventory control processes, including stocking and merchandising to optimize sales Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate payroll management Conduct interviews and assist in recruiting top talent for the store Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the shopping experience Coordinate shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times Utilize retail math to analyze sales trends and make informed decisions on pricing and promotions Basic qualifications Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team Preferred qualifications Bilingual or multilingual capabilities to better serve our diverse customer base Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures Familiarity with budgeting, purchasing, and administrative tasks Why you’ll love it here We are dedicated to creating an environment where our employees can thrive both personally and professionally.
