We’re continuing to grow rapidly as we launch and scale multiple AI agents this year.\nWhat you will do and achieve: Enhance our search capabilities through advanced NLP techniques\n\nProcess and analyze a diverse set of documents including text, tables and images\n\nDesign and implement entity extraction and text classification systems\n\nIdentify and model relationships between entities within and across different document types\n\nDesign and implement an efficient indexing structure to enable accurate and fast search capabilities\n\nDesign and conduct experiments to evaluate and improve NLP model performance\n\nDevelop and maintain language models tailored to the construction industry domain\n\nWho you are: MS/PhD in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Information Retrieval or a related field\n\n2+ years of experience in NLP, with a focus on building production-ready systems\n\nProficiency in Python, ML and experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, or Hugging Face Transformers\n\nStrong experience with information retrieval and search technologies, such as elasticsearch, graph databases, or vector embeddings\n\nFamiliarity with LLM-based applications and RAG systems in real-world scenarios\n\nInterest in the construction industry\n\nBonus: Experience with training or fine-tuning proprietary algorithms\n\nBonus: Experience with developing complex agentic LLM applications\n\nWhat we offer ️ A close-knit and collaborative early-stage startup environment where every voice is heard and every opinion matters\n\nCompetitive salary and stock option equity packages\n\n3 Medical Plans to choose from including 100% covered option.
