The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. This hybrid role requires strong project management skills and the ability to drive successful outcomes in a dynamic environment.Required Skills:Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM, WH, Asset Management ModulesExperienced on the Global DeploymentsGood understanding on the Finance Modules and 3PL Logistic systemResponsibilities:Lead the planning and implementation of projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to achieve business objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.Conduct project reviews and post-implementation assessments to identify areas for improvement.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes.Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs.Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the project team.Qualifications:Hands on working with the various SCM and Finance functionalities of D365 F&O applicationShould have experience working on Global deployment with Global template, should have undertaken process harmonization, region/country specific configurations/developmentsExtensive working experience working on OTC, P2P, Inventory, Warehouse management, Intercompany, integration with 3PL and other 3rd party applicationShould have demonstrated capability to play solution architect role where any solution that needs to be design is globally accepted, need to have hands on experience in navigating through this processExtensive experience in understanding business requirements, configuration, designing functional solution which could be complex in natureShould have extensive experience in dealing with senior stakeholders from client sideShould understand the SCM implications on financeShould have understanding of different types of integrations and technical integrities.Minimum 18+ hands on experience in complex implementation, global deployment projects.If you are interested, please forward your resume to Amir@Net2Source.com, You can also reach me at (+1-201-354-1049).Why work with us - At Net2Source, we believe everyone has an opportunity to lead.
