CaptionCall is looking for a caring, customer service oriented Installer/Trainer with a passion for helping people with hearing loss communicate with the world! This hands-on position has the privilege of individually training our customers on how to enrich their lives using the CaptionCall phone. This individual must enjoy working with a variety of people in their homes. The schedule is flexible and it’s the perfect position for people who like to work independently. This is a part-time position with potential for career growth and advancement.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nInstall and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones\nCourteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features\nPromote the CaptionCall service\nCreate lead generation activities and generate referrals\nAttend and participate in trade shows and other corporate events as assigned\nGuide other CaptionCall activities and make recommendations for expanding the breadth and reach of the business\nRecruit and refer potential Installer/Trainer candidates to aid and support local installations and events\nComplete service calls as assigned\nAccurately maintain customer records\nComplete required reports and submit invoices and feedback on customer interactions\nRetrieve and clean phones of former customers\nMaintain adequate inventory of equipment and supplies in order to service customers\nAdapt to new responsibilities as necessary\nOther duties as assigned\n\nSupervisory Responsibility\n\nThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.\n\nTravel Requirements\n\nTravel Requirements: Less than 25%\n\nEducation\n\nMinimum:\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n\nExperience\n\nMinimum Years of Experience:\n\nBasic computer knowledge and experience\nSales experience\nExperience working in the hearing health field\nExperience working with senior citizens\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\n\nProvide excellent customer service\nAbility to effectively communicate in English through reading, writing, speaking and listening\nAbility to work evenings and weekends as needed\nAbility to drive and travel via air as needed\nAbility to tailor to unique needs of individual customers\nMust be reliable, organized and punctual\n\nWorking Conditions and Physical Requirements\n\nAble to sit/ stand for a long period of time in an office environment\nDexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, tools, and to handle other computer components\nRegular and predictable attendance required.\n\nDisclaimer\n\nThis position has access to highly confidential, sensitive information relating to the employees, customers, and technologies of Sorenson Communications.
