We are seeking a Senior-level GIS Analyst to work either in our Stillwater,\n\nMN (Minneapolis/St. Paul area) office or remotely in the United States. Primary responsibilities of this position include\n\nsupporting client projects with Esri Utility Network implementations and data migration activities. The position will work\n\nin a team environment with project managers, GIS technicians/analysts, consultants, architects, developers, offshore\n\ntechnical resources, and clients to support a variety of GIS projects.\n\nPosition Requirements\n\nFor senior-level consideration candidates should possess extensive experience in GIS consulting services and/or utility\n\ncompany operations involving GIS data across one or more energy and utility sectors, including electric, gas, water,\n\nwastewater, and telecommunications, with experience in multiple sectors preferred.\n\n• Experience in the following areas: end user needs assessments, GIS analysis, spatial data testing and QA/QC,\nbusiness process analysis, system implementation planning, testing, installation, training, and deployment\n\n• Research, assess, integrate, manipulate, extract, and analyze spatial data for both geospatial and operational\ndatabases, as well as various ancillary sources\n\n• Experience in dealing with multiple and disparate sources for spatial data conversion, migration, and\nconflation\n\n• Experience with database analysis and design, as well as data assessment and integration of large utility data\nsets\n\n• Esri Utility Network and Geometric Network data modeling experience is strongly desired\n• Assist with analysis, design, and functional specification documentation\n• Experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Portal, AutoCAD, and Web Services\n• Experience with database management systems, including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, SAP HANA\n• Knowledge of utility applications (e.g., EAM, WMS, OMS, ADMS, etc.)\n• Proficiency with Python development\n• Experience with electric, gas, water, wastewater, and telecommunications utility business and operations\n• Experience developing reports and presentations\n• Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n• Facilitate customer meetings and workshops\n\nExperience and Education Required\n\n• Experience: Five years of post-academic experience in GIS applications and/or data management with direct\nexperience in the energy and utility industry sectors of electric power, gas, water, wastewater, and telecom\n\n• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, GIS, cartography/geography, engineering, or a related\nfield\n\nAdditional Job Details\n\n• Travel: Moderate travel within the U.S\n• Work Authorization: US Citizen required\n\nJoin a global network of 3,000+ high-caliber people, including an actively expanding North America operation, who\n\ncollaborate and share an enthusiasm for successful project delivery.
