If you thrive in a collaborative, agile environment and love solving complex problems, we’d love to meet you.\r\nWhat you’ll do\r\nDesign and develop innovative firmware for Android- and/or Linux-based video conferencing devices.\r\nBuild and enhance platform capabilities below the framework layer.\r\nLead the development of secure, scalable, and high-performance embedded C/C++ applications.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, standards, and best practices.\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex system-level issues in embedded environments.\r\nContribute to project planning, documentation, and testing strategies.\r\nMentor junior engineers and share your expertise across the team.\r\nDrive continuous improvement through agile and lean development practices.\r\nWhat you bring\r\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.\r\n5+ years of experience in embedded software development\r\nProficiency in embedded C/C++.\r\nExperience with firmware development and debugging in embedded environments.\r\nKnowledge in below areas is a big plus:\r\nNetworking/Wifi\r\nSecurity\r\nUSB\r\nHDMI\r\nBluetooth\r\nStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.\r\nA passion for learning, innovation, and delivering high-quality solutions.\r\nUnderstanding of Android internals and Linux is preferred.\r\nCompensation & Benefits (Full-Time Employees)The salary range for this role is listed above.
