Key ResponsibilitiesProvide member-centered support by answering inbound calls from English and Spanish-speaking members Resolve core member issues, including explaining benefits coverage and connecting members to available programs Leverage tools and resources to navigate systems, document interactions, and ensure quality service deliveryRequired QualificationsBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required Bachelor's degree with 2 years of customer service or healthcare experience, or 5 years of relevant experience Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls using VoIP phone systems Strong familiarity with Google Workspace, Apple products, and CRM software Ability to work from a secure, distraction-free home office and complete a 3-week paid training period
