MS Word Documents Specialist (Remote, Contract) - $150

We're currently seeking experienced Microsoft Word professionals to support a document conversion and formatting project for a leading AI company.This role is ideal for individuals who have deep expertise in document production, technical writing, publishing, legal documentation, consulting deliverables, research reports, or other highly structured business documents.What you'll do:• Convert legacy documents into modern, professionally formatted Word files• Recreate complex layouts, tables, references, footnotes, headers/footers, and embedded objects with high fidelity• Apply consistent styles, templates, section structures, and formatting standards• Review and refine documents to improve readability, structure, and overall professional presentationWhat we're looking for:• Expert-level Microsoft Word skills (styles, templates, sections, references, track changes, advanced formatting)• Strong document design and professional writing capabilities• Exceptional attention to detail and formatting accuracy• Strong written English skills• Ability to work independently and manage tasks on a flexible scheduleDetails:• Fully remote• Independent contractor position• Flexible working hours• Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise• Competitive compensation: $60–$150/hour
