process governance, including change management, process controls, and documentation standards.\n\nMonitor process performance through defined KPIs and metrics, ensuring processes remain efficient, compliant, and scalable.\n\nEnsure processes are aligned across departments, driving standardization and best practices across the organization.\n\nDevelop strong working knowledge of key operational and business systems used to support manufacturing, supply chain, and quality processes.\n\nAct as a subject matter expert (SME) for process‑related systems and tools, supporting system optimization and continuous improvement.\n\nPerformance\n\nDemonstrate the ability to independently identify, prioritize, and execute improvement opportunities with measurable impact.\n\nDeliver process required.\n\nTraining or demonstrated experience in GMP regulations and quality systems applicable to pharmaceutical, biotechnology environments.\n\n5 years of process improvement/development, operations engineering, or lean manufacturing experience may be substituted for the educational requirement.\n\nExperience\n\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement/development, operations engineering, manufacturing or related roles.\n\nExperience working in a GMP‑regulated environment (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device) required.\n\nStrong analytical,
