You will be a key contributor to providing a meaningful customer experience. We are looking for someone with a proven track record and desire to grow within our organization.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nFirst point of contact for customers\nGreet and welcome customers\nSet tone for a positive customer experience\nCheck in VIP appointments and direct customers to the appropriate team member(s)\nCoordinate front desk activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls\nTrack incoming sales calls in our CRM\nMaintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success every day\nAssist customers with any questions directed to the reception desk\nOther duties, functions and responsibilities may be assigned to the position as appropriate and necessary\n\nWhat You’ll Need to Have for the Role:\nHigh School education or equivalent\nPrevious experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred\nExcellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills\nStrong ability to take initiative, coupled with leadership skills and the ability to take charge of a situation\nStrong sense of personal responsibility and reliability, with the desire to work as an integral member of a team\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask\nAbility to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base Computer skills: MS Office\nMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices\nGeneral Compensation Disclosure\nThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated.
