This role is critical to ensuring our materials are accurate, available, and well-managed to support production and dispatch. You’ll work closely with Operations, Production, Warehouse, and Suppliers to maintain stock accuracy, place purchase orders, and keep our ERP system clean and reliable for the rest of the warehouse.\nThis is a hands-on, execution-focused role with no people management responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, data, and physical inventory.\nKey Responsibilities\nRaise and manage purchase orders for raw materials and finished goods\nMaintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts\nMonitor stock levels and support forecasting using Min/Max settings\nVerify inwards goods, pricing, and supplier invoices\nCoordinate with suppliers on lead times, deliveries, and discrepancies\nMaintain ERP data integrity including part codes and pricing\nSupport Operations with inventory reporting and stock analysis\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience in purchasing, inventory control, or supply chain coordination\nStrong attention to detail and system discipline\nComfortable working with ERP systems (Epicor experience a plus)\nConfident communicator with internal teams and external suppliers\nOrganised, reliable, and proactive in problem-solving\nWarehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but open to other experience and backgrounds.\nWhy Join Us\nBe part of a fast growing, quality-focused business that is an industry leader\nWork in a role that has real operational impact on the business\nOpportunity to help improve systems and processes as we scale\nImportant to Know\nThis role focuses on execution and accuracy, not management.
