This role focuses on building scalable solutions, enhancing system efficiency, and ensuring best coding practices.\r\nYou'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and efficient software systems.\r\nNo. of Positions : 05 / Location : Pune, Remote\r\nDeliver robust and scalable solutions, incorporating new technologies as appropriate.\r\nUse Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies to provide technical leadership for all aspects of the software development lifecycle and ensure successful and timely delivery.\r\nOversee and execute the development and delivery of large-scale SaaS software applications, including integration, APIs, and common libraries.\r\nCollaborate with product, QA, and customer-facing teams to deliver robust, secure, reliable, scalable software cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences.\r\nAccelerate the engineering team in the adoption of software engineering standards, good source code management practices, and better documentation.\r\nPerform code reviews for both Front and back-end development SaaS and mobile applications and provide helpful and meaningful feedback.\r\nAutomate static and dynamic code analysis (SAST/DAST) and software composition analysis (SCA).\r\nHelp deliver cloud services/platforms, APIs, microservices architecture, scalability, performance, data storage, serverless computing, etc.\r\nContinuously improve and optimize the applications lifecycle, architecture, and tech stack over time and minimize technical debt.\r\nHelp deliver the DevOps process and CI/CD to provide well-written, well-tested builds.\r\nMust-Have Qualifications\r\n5+ years of Software Development experience and a solid understanding, including design patterns, data structures, test-driven development, backend systems, infrastructure, databases, and APIs.\r\nExperience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment utilizing the efficiencies of an Agile and Iterate Fast mentality.\r\nExceptional collaboration and communication skills across distributed teams.\r\nExperience in clinical research or Healthcare tech is strongly preferred.\r\nExperience in HIPAA/HITECH/HITRUST/PHI/PII and PCI DSS working environment.\r\nFamiliarity with security benchmarks such as OWASP, PCI-DSS, CIS, SOC2, FedRAMP, etc.\r\nStrong knowledge of PHP web frameworks and MVC design patterns\r\nExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical initiatives.\r\nGood to Have\r\nExperience with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes for scalable infrastructure management.\r\nKnowledge of Web Application Security, SAML, OAuth2, and OWASP best practices.\r\nFamiliarity with OData for efficient data access and integration.\r\nWe help our customers reimagine their business through a digital lens and provide a technological advantage.
