This is an exciting new initiative focused on establishing the enterprise frameworks, strategies, and governing documentation required to guide secure and scalable cloud adoption across the USCG technology environment. Candidates must be passionate, energized, and excited to work on modern architectures and solve challenging problems for our clients.\n\nPosition Description (what you will do)\nKickoff & Execution Alignment: Conduct an initial kickoff meeting to align on roles, priorities, coordination requirements, access to environments, and security and authorization considerations.\n\nProgram Management & Coordination: Provide ongoing program management to coordinate sustainment, assessment, and authorization activities across multiple classification levels.\n\nStatus Reporting & Touchpoints: Conduct regular touchpoints with Government stakeholders to report progress, review risks or blockers, and adjust priorities as needed.\n\nRisk & Dependency Management: Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies to prevent duplication of effort and support smooth execution.\n\nStakeholder & Cross-Team Alignment: Coordinate with related Government and Contractor teams to ensure alignment across interconnected systems, environments, and authorization activities.\nThe Program Manager must be available to the COR via telephone between the hours of 0800 and 1600 EST, Monday through Friday, and must respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within 24 hours of notification.\n\nRequired:\nActive TS/SCI Clearance or Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility\n\n6+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager within the Federal space\n\nDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate cloud concepts, architectures, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nExperience working in an Agile environment\n\nExperience working in multi-classification environments\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\nPreferred:\nExperience supporting Coast Guard or DHS programs\n\nPMP Certification\n\nOur team is always hungry for more – more knowledge, more problem solving, more growth, more innovation, and, ultimately, customer success.
