Monitoring welding performance and efficiency are essential.\n\nHours: Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm - 6:00am (OT as required)\n\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\n\n Pulls stored materials for orders and moves to production or shipping area\nAble to identify materials using part numbers\nAccurately counts raw materials\nSupplies work area with materials\nPerforms kitting responsibilities as required\nDocuments information related to the material handling of goods\nIssues raw material to jobs and performs location transfers in CSI accurately and timely\nAccurately counts and tags material prior to material handling\nOther duties as assigned\nEnsures clear and clean pathways to and from all outside and inside exits on the production floor daily.\nFollows safe manufacturing and material handling practices.\n\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING:\n\nValid driver license is required (3 years semi infraction, not revocation)\nCertified fork truck driving with at least one year of experience\nExperience operating LP gas driven fork trucks\nExperience moving at least 1,000 lbs. or more with a fork truck\nMust possess the ability to operate overhead cranes, bander, shrink wrapper, forklift, tape measures and calipers.\nMust be able to determine material types and gauges\nMust possess effective written and verbal communication skills\nMust perform all duties in conjunction with UA and ISO requirements.\nMust be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and\noccasionally lift and/or move 100 pounds with an assist\n12 Expected Behaviors of Actively Engaged Person – 100% Responsible, Trustworthy, Team Player, Clear\nCommunicator, Empathy, Humility, Emotional Self-Control, Resolves Conflict Directly, Positive Attitude, Respects\nOthers, Problem Solver, and Agile.\n\nADDITIONAL INFORMATION:\n\nThis will be an onsite position in Seguin, Texas.\nNo travel requirements.\nIf selected for the role, a drug screen and physical will be conducted.\n\nBENEFITS\n\nIn addition to excellent starting wages, we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package as well as numerous perks.\n\nMedical, dental and vision\nGenerous RTO and Vacation policy\n401(k) with company match\nBonus opportunities\nPaid training\nCompany paid holidays\nEarn a competitive salary and performance-based bonuses\n\nNOTE: Given the nature/size of our product and customer requirements, we require a stringent hiring process to ensure the highest quality product.
