This role involves conducting physical security technical assessments, deploying security technologies, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance to staff and end-users on security-related matters. The Sr. Analyst will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in the development of security policies, and ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.\n\nJob Description\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nUtilizes technical expertise and industry best practices to implement physical security technology solutions that address the organization's unique security requirements.\nConfigures and maintains physical security software, applications, and other physical security tools, to protect the organization's assets.\nProvides input on the architecture and engineering of new and existing physical security applications, including evaluating technical designs.\nDevelops detailed plans for implementing selected physical security solutions, including hardware, software, configuration parameters, and test plans.\nTroubleshoots physical security applications and server issues, ensuring timely resolution.\nSupports the integration of infrastructure with physical security solutions, ensuring requirements are met.\nResolves security incidents promptly, troubleshoots technical issues, and determines root causes.\nProvides technical guidance and support to other staff and end-users on physical security-related matters.\nSupports physical security device inventory, lifecycle management, and configuration standards.\nAssists in facilitating the Physical Security Break/Fix Program, tracking issues and status, prioritizing urgent issues, and documenting related processes.\nSupports management with physical security system administration projects and initiatives from inception to completion.\nCollaborates with Legal, Compliance teams and Cyber/IT, as needed, and coordinates the physical security technology component of internal and external audits to ensure physical security programs adhere to relevant laws, regulations, standards, and policies.\nEvaluates new physical security threats, technology trends, and develop effective physical security technical controls.\nStays updated on industry and regulatory trends to maintain current knowledge.\nCompiles reports, dashboards, or operational metrics to measure the effectiveness of the technical security program.\nCommunicates complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provides clear and concise reports.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience administering enterprise physical security platforms such as Genetec Security Center, Honeywell Pro-Watch, AMAG Symmetry, LenelS2 OnGuard, WinPak, or similar systems\nExperience administering enterprise video management systems (VMS) such as Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon, or similar\nExperience managing physical security hardware platforms including Mercury controllers, AMAG, Axis, Hanwha, Bosch, HID, DMP, or similar\nExperience administering large-scale deployments of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems\nFamiliarity with REST APIs, SDKs, or integration frameworks\nExperience with Python, C++, or similar programming languages\nKnowledge of access control credential technologies, including Wiegand and OSDP, credential bit formats, mobile credentials, and encrypted card technologies such as SEOS (Elite) and DESFire\nExperience with Microsoft SQL queries and database structures.\nExperience with video analytics platforms such as KiwiVision, BriefCam, Avigilon Appearance Search, or similar\nThorough knowledge of networking concepts including IPv4 / IPv6, subnetting, DHCP, DNS and network segmentation\nPractical experience working in and supporting enterprise Windows Server environments\nExperience troubleshooting system outages, device failures, and software/application issues\nExperience supporting enterprise-scale deployments of physical security infrastructure\nStrong documentation skills including system architecture diagrams, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures\nFamiliarity with camera analytics tuning and event detection configuration\nExperience integrating physical security systems with Azure AD / Entra\n\nEducation:\n\nBachelor’s Degree preferred in an area of study relevant to this position (i.e., Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Risk Management, etc.)\n\nRelated Work Experience:\n\nGenerally, requires four plus years of related experience.\n\nWorking Conditions:\n\nMust participate on an on-call schedule and be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime, as necessary.\nMust be willing to travel up to 10%.\n\nEmployees at all levels are expected to:\n\nUnderstand our Operating Principles;
