{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"cb6f2945fc133d60b3afef5b","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/cb6f2945fc133d60b3afef5b","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/cb6f2945fc133d60b3afef5b","title":"Lead Integration Engineer – Payroll Systems","description":"Trident Consulting is seeking a“Lead Integration Engineer – Payroll Systems”for one of our clients in “ San Francisco, CA / Seattle, WA - Hybrid” , a global leader in Mobility and transportation network.Job Title: Lead Integration Engineer – Payroll Systems (Boomi / Workato)\r\nLocation:San Francisco, CA - Hybrid\r\nType:Contract\r\nRate:$60 to 64/hr on w2Key Responsibilities:\r\nDesign, develop, and maintain payroll integration solutions using Boomi.\r\nDesign, develop, and maintain complex integration recipes on the Workato platform\r\nArchitect scalable, enterprise-grade integration solutions across multiple systems and applications\r\nBuild and optimize AI-powered automation workflows using Workato Genie\r\nDevelop and deploy MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to extend AI agent capabilities\r\nImplement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for automated data extraction and processing\r\nDesign and implement robust error handling and monitoring strategies for critical payroll data flows.\r\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\r\nIntegrate various business applications, including Salesforce, Workday, and Oracle, using Boomi.\r\nDevelop and optimize SQL & PL SQL queries for database interactions.\r\nProvide production support for integration solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.\r\nImplement and manage SFTP and HTTP integrations for data transfer and communication.\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.\r\nDocument integration processes, configurations, and best practices.Required Qualifications:\r\nBoomi Integration Experience: 8 years of hands-on experience with Boomi integration.\r\nPayroll/HR Integration Expertise: Strong, demonstrated experience in integrating payroll, Time & Attendance, or Human Resources applications (e.g., Workday HCM, ADP, Navia, Fidelity, Dayforce, Oracle Fusion HCM).\r\nBusiness Application Integration: At least 6 years of experience in integrating business applications using Boomi.\r\nWorkato Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience with the Workato integration platform.\r\nRecipe Development: Strong expertise in recipe development, including complex branching logic, error handling, and optimization.\r\nAdditional Integration Experience: Experience with Salesforce, Workday, API, and Oracle integrations is a plus.\r\nSQL & PL SQL: At least 3-5 years of experience in SQL & PL SQL for any database.\r\nProduction Support: At least 4 years of experience in providing production support for integration solutions.\r\nSFTP and HTTP Integrations: At least 1 to 2 years of experience using SFTP and HTTP integrations.\r\nJava/Groovy/JavaScript: At least 4 years experience in writing custom scripting using any of the Java/Groovy/JavaScript programming languages.\r\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\r\nProven track record of delivering enterprise-scale integration projectsPreferred Skills:\r\nFamiliarity with AI automation technologies like Workato Genie and MCP servers.\r\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\r\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities.\r\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\r\nFamiliarity with other integration tools and technologies.\r\nKnowledge of best practices in integration and data management.Work Environment:\r\nThis position may require occasional on-call support for production issues.\r\nThe role may involve working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.About Trident Consulting\r\nTrident Consulting is an award-winning staffing and consulting firm headquartered in San Ramon, CA.
