Description Remedy Staffing is urgently hiring for Test Technicians in Delaware, OH Job Title: Test Technician Location: Delaware, OH Pay Range: $30 DutiesEvaluate products against NEC and UL/CSA standardsPerform testing and troubleshooting of power conversion equipment prior to shipmentConduct testing using measuring instruments and computer-based test programsDocument and report test results accuratelyRead and interpret test procedures, wiring diagrams, and electrical/mechanical blueprintsInstall, diagnose, service, and repair electrical equipment prior to shipmentConfigure and connect system equipment (switchgear, SCCT cabinets, power ties)Inspect equipment during operating cycles and correct non-conforming issuesReplace defective components and perform necessary fixes to ensure shipment readinessCollaborate with Test and Manufacturing Engineers on test equipment and work instruction development SkillsBasic computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishExperience with hypot testers, multimeters, wave and power analyzers, and oscilloscopesAbility to read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints EducationAssociate's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering OREquivalent training from a two-year technical school (electrical emphasis) ORCombined education and experience equivalent to two years #nowhiring
