Other relevant essential functions may be required.\n\nWhat you need:\n3+ years Devops engineer experience required.\nProficient in AWS, Azure or GCP.\nSkilled in the installation and management of Kubernetes clusters.\nExperienced in deploying and managing Kubernetes operators, including handling upgrades.\nExpertise in GitOps with Flux and ArgoCD.\nHands-on experience with cloud infrastructure provisioning at scale using tools like Crossplane or custom Terraform templates and modules.\nExperience developing and maintaining control planes.\nProficient in automation using Python or Golang.\nProficient in Gitlab or other CI/CD tools.\nExperience in cloud and container security.\nExperience in OPA/Gatekeeper.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively.\n\nCompensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.\nRole Location: Remote\nCompensation Range: $64,000-$96,000\n\nBenefits\nFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
