Full Job Description RITECAR LLC is currently seeking additional Sales Consultants. Prior sales experience is not required but preferred. The only requirements are the drive to succeed, and the ability to live our core values daily. If you are confident and want to pursue your career in automotive industry , we will give you trainings and guidance to excel. Experience in Pre-owned vehicle industry preferred, but not necessary. we will provide you training Job Responsibilities Meet, greet and establish new relationships with customers Daily follow up using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM). Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals. Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. Ability to work in a team setting. Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally. ATTRACTIVE PAY!!!!
