Performs net weights hourly on every product in the poultry processing facility2. Completes necessary reports and forms to comply with all government regulations, customer specifications and company policy3. Exhibit a high level of proficiency in assigned area, and possess working knowledge in all areas of the department.4. Day shifts technicians perform pre-operational sanitation, including checking plant prior to production operations to ensure plant and equipment is clean in all areas5. Know and comply with all written plant policies and procedures6. Know and comply with the written specifications for packaging and labeling products7. Physically inspect product for both natural occurring and processing defects8. Identify and report any suspicious or abnormal situations to their immediate supervisor or plant management official such as product tampering, unauthorized employees in restricted area, and equipment malfunction that may put product wholesomeness at stake.9. Must be dependable. Number of current occurrences;______ *No more than 310.
