Bright Futures ABA is an ABA therapy company that was founded by two fathers of children with special needs. Bright Futures ABA strives to help our clients showcase their unique qualities to the world, because everyone can do great things when given the correct tools. WHO WE ARE: Bright Futures ABA is lead by our Clinical Director and Co-Founder, Marcus Hibbard. For 10 years, Marcus has used the science of ABA therapy to help kids with autism reach their goals and maximize their full potential. Marcus has always had a special place in his heart for working with people with disabilities, which only grew exponentially when his son was born with a rare genetic disorder and developmental disabilities. He has since gained the unique first-hand experience of understanding the parental perspective of a child participating in therapy. Marcus developed a strong passion to develop an ABA practice driven by parent prospective and evidenced based interventions. Andrew Chism joined Bright Futures to assist Marcus in providing life-changing therapy because of the positive impact therapy has had on his 5-year-old daughter, Ellie, who was born with Down Syndrome. Andrew earned his master's degree in business administration and brings vast experience in business operations. After experiencing the positive impacts therapy has had on Ellie, Andrew was excited to use his business background to help more kids in his community get access to therapy. What Set’s Us Aside from Other Companies: Our software does the hard work for you! o RBT's are issued Ipads for data collection and clocking in-out o Automated progress/daily notes for your sessions o Automated daily/weekly/monthly graphing o All goals needed to perform a session are included in the goal library o Each goal has the materials included, ready to print 2. Handbooks We provide employee, supervisor, and parent handbooks to all parties involved within our company. This allows for communication to be simple and prevents confusion in the workplace on rules and regulations. 3. Trainings We provide a free 40 Hour RBT Training to get you ready for the RBT Exam! We also provide free Safety Care training to our staff and monthly staff trainings. You will meet with the Owners of Bright Futures ABA monthly (or more frequently at your request) to ensure you are supported in the field. 6. Unlimited Indirect Work for Graduate Students BCBA's in the company will always provide indirect work for you so you can complete hours necessary to graduate on time and sit for the exam! JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's Degree Preferred highly preferred but not required - Must have RBT Credential through the BACB within 90 days of completing your 40-hours RBT training. - Experience with children in the clinical setting - Provide high quality therapy to clients - Excellent skills in the following areas: time management, written/verbal communication, dedication to providing a positive work environment, and collaboration with a team - Must have reliable transportation JOB DUTIES: Bright Futures ABA is currently seeking experienced RBT's to join our team. As an RBT, you will have the following job duties: Implement treatments plans and interventions established by the behavior analyst; provide behavior interventions with children and adolescents using a variety of applied behavior analysis techniques in the home, community, and/or school; monitor, record and document observations of the client's behavior; maintain and manage clean and safe environment for clients; ongoing and consistent monitoring of clients progress; open communication with the family and BCBA/Clinical Director about the client.
