Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter
Job Description: Assists with the job requisition process
Posts positions on the ATS system and across external job boards
Reviews resumes, screens applicants, and schedules candidates for interviews
Talent sourcing
Prepares offer letters
Composes rejection letters
Updates interview guides in the ATS systems
Communicates employee referrals to payroll
Attends career/school job fairs representing Spring Fertility
May assist with Onboarding and Orientation for New Hires
Maintains relationships to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Responsible for maintaining applicant tracking system
Requirements: Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience
Computer proficiency, Office365, HRIS and ATS systems
