This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the application and integration layers, ensuring the system is scalable, secure, resilient, and ready for production.\nYou will lead day-to-day technical execution, working hands-on with engineering and platform specialists while coordinating closely with enterprise, data, and security stakeholders.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nTechnical Design Leadership - Own the design and implementation of the application, integration, and API layers of the New eSIGEF solution.\nEngineering Leadership & Mentorship - Provide direct technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers, frontend developers, and DevOps specialists, ensuring disciplined development practices and architectural consistency.\nQuality, Security, and Performance Assurance - Ensure the solution meets rigorous standards for performance, security, reliability, and maintainability, including disciplined testing, code review, and release controls.\nCross-Discipline Integration - Coordinate closely with specialists responsible for cybersecurity and data architecture to ensure their designs are fully integrated into the main software build.\nGovernment Counterpart Engagement - Work directly with MEF technical teams to explain design decisions, validate requirements, support demonstrations, and facilitate formal acceptance of the pilot solution.\nReporting & Coordination\nReports to the Project Governance Office.\nWorks in close coordination with the Enterprise Architect.\nServes as the primary technical authority for software delivery and system integration.\nRequired Qualifications\nProfessional Experience: Minimum 10 years in Software or Solution Architecture roles.\nMandatory Certification (Audit-Critical): Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305).\nTechnical Mastery:\no .NET Core 8\no C# microservices architectures\no CQRS patterns\no Kubernetes (AKS) and containerized deployments\nLanguages:\no Spanish: C1 (Fluent)\no English: C1 (Professional)\nJob Type: Full-time\nApplication Question(s):\nAre you US Citizen?\nMust be US Citizen.\nExperience:\noftware or Solution Architecture roles.: 10 years (Required)\n.NET Core 8: 7 years (Preferred)\nC# microservices architectures: 7 years (Required)\nKubernetes (AKS) and containerized deployments: 7 years (Required)\nLanguage:\nSpanish C1 (Fluent) (Required)\nEnglish: C1 (Professional) (Required)\nLicense/Certification:\nAzure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305).
