Minimum Requirements: Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).BLS Certification.2 years' experience as a certified OR tech / Surg Tech in a surgical environment.Experience working in a hospital operating room, including exposure to general surgery, orthopedics, and minimally invasive procedures.Familiarity with sterilization processes, aseptic technique, and surgical instrumentation handling.Ability to work night shifts and night-specific clinical workflows.Preferred: Experience with robotic-assisted surgery programs and large tertiary care or Level II trauma center environments.
