Production Assembly TechnicianSchedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMPay: DOEWe're hiring a Production Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with tools, building products, and takes pride in precision and quality.What You'll DoAssemble products following work instructions, drawings, and quality standardsUse hand tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches on a daily basisPerform cable assembly and routing, ensuring clean, accurate buildsPerform soldering of components and wiring to required specificationsWork under a microscope for detailed assembly and inspection tasksAssist with mechanical assembly of components and subassembliesMaintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced production environmentKeep work area clean and organized and follow all safety procedures What We're Looking For1+ year of production or assembly experienceExperience using hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.)Soldering experience is requiredExperience working under a microscope is requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsExperience with cabling or wire handling is requiredMechanical assembly experience is a plusReliable, punctual, and able to work the full Monday-Friday schedule Interview ProcessCandidates will participate in a hands-on technical interview, which includes assembling a product to demonstrate tool use, soldering ability, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail.Pay Details: $21.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
