Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, implementing internal controls, analyzing financial data, providing strategic insights to drive the company's financial success.\nKey responsibilities:\n1. Financial reporting : Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP, Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and provide insightful commentary on financial performance.\n2. Budgeting and forecasting: Collaborate with the CFO to develop and monitor the company's budget and financial forecasts, provide recommendations for improving financial and cost efficiency.\n3. Internal Controls: Establish and maintain effective internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Conduct periodic audits to identify risks and implement corrective actions.\n4. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and liquidity by monitoring receivables, payables, and working capital. Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and maintain adequate reserves for operational needs.\n5. Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including variance analysis, profitability analysis and return on investment calculations. Provide key insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making.\n6. Tax Compliance: Coordinate with external tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax filings.
