Responsibilities\nDevelop epitaxial growth recipes and analyze materials characterization data to develop new processes and drive process optimization\nDevelop SPC methods and reactor metrics to increase production yield, track process capability, and drive continuous improvement\nLead reactor troubleshooting activities and conduct analysis of production failures, including authoring and executing corrective actions as necessary\nGenerate, document and approve SOPS and WI’s for reactor management and maintenance activities\nPerform, oversee, schedule and document all reactor maintenance\nDevelop and maintain reactor schedule for production and maintenance activities\nSummarize work with detailed reports and presentations\nInterface directly with groups such as business development, quality, characterization and operations in order to help grow the business\nContribute to the development of company intellectual property\nOther Duties\nMinimal travel required\nQualifications\nBS/MS/PhD in material science, electrical engineering or related discipline\nMinimum 3-5 years epitaxial growth experience\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nDirect MOVPE experience preferred\nUnderstanding of electronic and optical device physics\nKnowledge of SPC principles and software packages\nExperience in performing hands-on reactor
