This position will ensure timely delivery of project deliverables to internal and external parties for air cooled heat exchangers, and provide input towards development and ultimate implementation of department Work Instructions and Procedures by utilizing known industry best practices for Document/Records Management.\nWhat Will You Do?\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:\n Interface with Design, Engineering, and Project Management to efficiently submit documents to internal and external parties\n Ability to read and understand job related documents and procedures such as drawings, customer specifications, and POs\n Perform non-technical quality check of project documents and drawings ensure accuracy as prescribed in project requirements as well as internal standards\n Timely distribution of latest revision level electronic documentation to appropriate recipients, both internal and external to ensure obsolete documentation is unavailable\n Prepare and distribute project Instruction Manual per project requirements\n Collect data and compile Heat Exchanger Record Books containing manufacturing records for submission to clients per company's and ASME standards\n Maintain database of all project documentation for traceability and reporting\n Prepare and maintain complete project documentation and ensure compliance to internal and external standards as assigned\n Process electronic packages from customers and distribute to applicable parties\n Participate in creation and development of Document Control Procedures, Work Instructions, and Company Standards\nPrepare IOMs, Databooks, communicate with customers and maintain JDE dates.\nYour Physical Work Environment Will Require…\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands; and reach with hands and arms.\nWORKING CONDITIONS:\nMostly Indoor Office Environment\nSome Outdoor/Shop Environment\nREQUIRED PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) WHILE IN THE SHOPS:\n\nSafety Glasses\nSteel Toe Shoes (when needed)\nEar Plugs (when needed)\nGloves (when needed)\nFace Shield (when needed)\nTyvek Coveralls (optional)\nSports Belt (optional)\nYour Experience Should Be...\nMinimum Education:\nAssociates Degree* preferred.
