(Microsoft excel, word, and MS Project skills are a must)\nOversee contractor safety on the jobsite, and proactively plan all safety elements of the construction work.\nCoordinating, organizing, planning, and prioritizing work with multiple contractors to maintain schedule / budget.\nRating Construction Contractor performance on Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost and Environmental.\nMonitor construction budget, timely process Requisitions and Field Change Orders.\nRequirements:\nRequired Skills:\nProblem solving, time management, technical communication. Strong skill needed to work around unplanned problems. Maintain a safe work environment during all activities.\nAbility to work weekends, holidays, and off shifts as typical work is conducted on non- production times.\nExperience in construction environment, with previous history in project management / supervision of large-scale schedule driven activity.\nGeneral Mechanical knowledge of large machinery in an industrial environment.\nWorking knowledge of basic electrical for the ability to check breakers, understand voltage, etc.\nSchedule of Client and understanding of overall schedule for large job completions.\nExperience in the construction trades\nStrong background in construction project management.\nSafety management experience.\nMicrosoft excel, word, and MS Project skills are a must\nDesired Qualifications:\nBS in engineering preferred but not mandatory with the right experience.\nPrevious automotive safety or construction experience.\nPrevious skilled trades experience a plus.
