Job DescriptionTechnical Recruiter - Technology StaffingThe Hollister Group, Boston's leading staffing consultancy repeatedly recognized as a Best Place to Work and a Top 100 Women-Led Business, is seeking an energetic, sales-minded individual to join us as a Technical Recruiter on our Technology Staffing team. We are excited to speak with candidates who would thrive on a self-directed team with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and building relationships.This is a full-time, remote/hybrid position and candidates must be able to work EST hours.Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000, this role is eligible for commissionResponsibilities:Proactively connect with potential Technology talent through community involvement, professional networking, attending events, cultivating referrals, and utilizing online job boardsSource, screen, and identify qualified Technology talent primarily for contract opportunitiesDetermine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirementsManage the talent interview process from initial interview through offer stageWork collaboratively with the sales team to identify and facilitate the best match between talent desires and client needsProvide outstanding customer service and provide a top-notch experience to applicantsConduct research on new technology and stay up to date on current technology trendsDevelop meaningful talent relationships to function as an advocate and resource throughout the job search process Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred, but experience will be strongly consideredOne year of experience in customer service, recruiting, or business development in the Technology industryKnowledge or strong interest in current and new technology trendsProven experience building and maintaining long-term relationships and networksStrong written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated follow-up skillsExtremely strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detailTechnology skills that include Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office; calendar management software experience strongly preferred; Salesforce experience is a plus Our Commitment to Inclusion & BelongingThe Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.
