THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOININGGlobal technology-based company that offers a broad range of consumable products and technical expertise in the synthetic organic chemistry & analytical chemistry sectorsAn organization dedicated to global sustainability who strives to improve global health WHAT THEY OFFER YOUCompetitive benefits and salaryA great leadership team in an environment dedicated to professional developmentYear over year revenue growthPublicly traded organization WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:Develop and maintain supply and demand plans to ensure optimal inventory levels.Purchase and expedite material from internal and external suppliers.Review and analyze bi-monthly sea-freight orders to maximize freight savings.Analyze forecasts, sales trends, and historical data to improve planning accuracy.Coordinate with internal and external suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of material.Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce excess and shortages.Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions or bottlenecks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, finance) to align plansCompile Supply Chain key performance indicators (KPI) reports including on-time delivery, SPE Dynamic Demand, Min/max review, order volume and others.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain processUtilize ERP and planning systems to manage data and reporting.BACKGROUND THAT FITS:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Logistics, or related field.2–5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or inventory management.Proficiency in Excel and supply chain/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, D365)Excellent communication and collaboration skills
