This role works in close collaboration with the quotations team, project managers, sales and specification teams, while partnering with manufacturers, customers, and clients to support successful project execution.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview project plans, specifications, and lighting control intent documents to ensure accurate system application and compliance with project requirements.\nAssist in the selection, application, and coordination of lighting control products and systems.\nVerify that lighting control system drawings align with project specifications, sequences of operation, and applicable code requirements.\nCoordinate with manufacturers regarding technical requirements, product applications, and project-specific solutions.\nSupport compliance with California Title 24 lighting control requirements and related energy code standards.\nCollaborate with specifiers, manufacturers, and SCI Sales and Specification teams to develop accurate, professional-quality drawings and submittal packages.\nRespond to technical inquiries throughout the bidding, submittal, order execution, and project coordination phases.\nPrepare, organize, file, and submit project documentation and related materials as required.\nQualifications\nProficient in the latest versions of AutoCAD, Revit, and AGi32.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.\nAbility to present technical information clearly and professionally in both individual and group settings.\nSolid understanding of lighting and lighting control systems, including technical applications and system integration concepts.\nStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.\nExcellent interpersonal and coordination skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.\nExperience working with a variety of lighting controls manufacturers’ systems and platforms.\nDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n240 Commerce Suite 100 Irvine, CA 92602 office: 949.622.3000 www.scilights.com\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a team-oriented environment.\nA strong background in Electrical Systems and Lighting Control Systems is required along with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or business.\nCompensation Plan and Benefits\nSCI will provide a comprehensive compensation package commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
