Description:Basic FunctionAre you ready to lead the team that kicks off the fun? As an Admissions Supervisor, you are the heartbeat of the park's front gate. You will oversee daily operations, mentor a team of front-line ambassadors, and ensure our Guests receive seamless, world-class service from the moment they arrive.This isn't just a desk job-it's a fast-paced leadership role that balances high-volume financial transactions with high-energy Guest interaction.Specific Responsibilities• Supervise Admissions staff in the operation of POS systems, cash registers, and credit card terminals.• Act as the primary point of contact for Guest concerns, resolving issues with empathy and a "win-the-day" attitude.• Manage cash handling procedures, including opening/closing drawers, auditing variances, and maintaining detailed financial logs and reports.• Drive revenue by training staff on upselling Season Passes and clearly communicating member benefits to Guests.• Oversee the distribution of tickets, wristbands, and season passes while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment.• Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and park policies in a high-decibel, high-traffic environment.Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required• Experience in cash handling and Guest services with a proven track record of handling complex customer scenarios.• Strong mathematical skills and the ability to articulate variances in cash or product inventory.• Proficient with POS software, electronic scanners, and general office computer systems.• Ability to stay calm under pressure, manage multiple moving parts, and follow through on tasks.• Ability to stand for long periods, work in tight spaces, and handle the physical demands of an outdoor/high-noise environment (bending, squatting, and lifting).• Excellent verbal and written skills; you must be able to lead meetings and write legible, accurate reports.Qualifications• Must have high manual dexterity (handling coins, bills, and small tokens).• Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with both staff and Guests.
