The role combines people leadership, program execution, and cross-functional coordination with senior stakeholders, external labs, and regulatory partners. The successful candidate will help ensure priorities are sequenced effectively, resources are aligned, and delivery stays on track in a highly regulated environment.The position will also play a key role in strengthening operational discipline and removing barriers so the team can execute with speed and consistency.
