This individual will serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for PLEX ERP within a growing manufacturing organization.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nServe as the primary administrator and internal expert for PLEX ERP\n\nSupport users across production, quality, purchasing, inventory, shipping, customer service, finance, and management\n\nTroubleshoot PLEX issues and coordinate with PLEX support when necessary\n\nMaintain system configurations, security, user access, and documentation\n\nFacilitate customer EDI changes and support related processes\n\nDevelop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and business analytics using PLEX data\n\nUtilize Data Magik and AI-enabled tools to analyze operational data and provide business insights\n\nIdentify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and better utilization of PLEX\n\nParticipate in system enhancements, upgrades, and implementation of new functionality\n\nDocument processes and provide user training\n\nProvide backup support for basic IT operations and troubleshooting\n\nQualifications\n\nHands-on PLEX ERP experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment\n\nExperience supporting and configuring PLEX across multiple business functions\n\nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP systems\n\nExperience with reporting, analytics, EDI, and data management preferred\n\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills\n\nAbility to work effectively with users and leadership across the organization\n\nGeneral IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills\n\nData Magik experience is a plus but not required\n\nMust be able to work onsite in the Columbus, Ohio area\n\nIf you are a high performer and would like to work for an equally high performing company and you think the above opportunity is appropriate for you, we invite you to submit your resume in Microsoft Word format to slewis@venteon.com\n\nWe treat all resumes with strict confidentiality.
