Guided by integrity and excellence, we leverage advanced technologies and foster collaboration across sites to exceed challenging expectations.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nCollaborate with program teams across multiple Lockheed Martin sites to deliver high‑quality Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs), box assemblies, cables, and related hardware components to internal customers.\n\nLead identification of root causes and implementation of corrective actions, evaluate process and product performance (via non‑conformance analysis), support continuous improvement initiatives, and work with production and engineering teams to ensure compliance to requirements.\n\nProvide QA support for hardware change control boards (configuration, change, and engineering review boards) and customer acceptance reviews.\n\nIdentify trends and opportunities for improvement through data analytics platforms, such as Tableau, and other reporting tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.\n\nLeverage predictive and automation‑based quality tools, AI systems, and automated processes to enhance inspection and testing efficiencies while driving proactive improvements.\n\nActively engage in advanced manufacturing initiatives, including Additive Manufacturing, Rapid Prototyping, Lean Manufacturing, automation technologies, and Computer‑Aided Inspections.\n\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications:\n\nComprehensive understanding of AS9100 standards with familiarity in regulatory requirements and aerospace/defense quality practices.\n\nSkilled in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Technical software proficiency is a plus.\n\nIn‑depth knowledge of hardware requirements evaluation, design, system integration, and assembly processes for various commodities.\n\nDesired Skills:\n\nProficiency in data analytics using Tableau and other visualization/analytics tools for data‑driven insights.\n\nKnowledge of implementing automation and AI technologies for inspection processes and predictive quality strategies.\n\nCertifications in Lean/Six Sigma Black or Green Belt methodologies to drive process improvements, preferred.\n\nDemonstrated experience with Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs), cable assemblies, and box‑level product manufacturing.\n\nHands‑on expertise with IPC‑610, IPC‑620, and related quality models critical for effective quality evaluations.\n\nProven ability to collaborate across programs and sites to achieve customer‑centric objectives.\n\nStrong communication skills to interact productively with stakeholders across multiple sites.\n\nSecurity Clearance\nThis position requires a government security clearance, and you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.
